The main tasks and functions of management are:
Coordination of activities in the field of personnel policy in the public education system;
introduction of the most transparent and fair procedure for selection and placement of personnel using modern information and communication technologies;
improvement of the mechanism of work with personnel on the basis of modern management systems based on successful foreign experience;
formulation and implementation of policies aimed at achieving and maintaining the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of staff in the field of personnel management in accordance with the tasks facing the ministry;
to meet the needs of labor resources in accordance with the tasks facing the ministry, their development strategies, as well as the changing external and internal conditions of the labor market;
Ensuring and controlling the creation of equal opportunities for employees of the ministry and its organizations and institutions in the promotion process, based on an objective assessment of the moral qualities, abilities and skills of labor activity;
assist in increasing the personal contribution of each employee in achieving the tasks facing the ministry on the basis of continuous development of human resources and ensuring maximum full participation;
take effective measures to instill in employees a high level of professional ethics, anti-corruption culture and intolerance;
professional development of staff on a regular basis, including the organization of their continuous training (involving relevant and highly qualified specialists), including abroad.
