Mamaraimova Nasiba Yadgarovna was born on June 3, 1973 in Surkhandarya region. She graduated from Tashkent State University in 1996, the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2005, and National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek in 2009. She was awarded the "Medal of Shuhrat" in 2004.

The main responsibilities of the Counsellor of Minister are:

The Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry), as well as the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Tashkent city and regional departments of public education, as well as all organizations and institutions of the Ministry (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) organization of implementation of legislation and programs and "road maps" in the field of education and the state language;

Critical study of the unconditional observance of the legislation in the field of spirituality and the state language in the ministry and its affiliated organizations, the work to increase the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work, the implementation of measures to address identified shortcomings and problems;

development of proposals for the introduction of effective forms of public control to ensure unconditional compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the state language and participation in their implementation;

to create the necessary conditions for employees of the Ministry to study the state language in depth and to organize cultural, educational and other events to promote and develop the state language, including the celebration of the "Day of the Uzbek language";

to monitor the activities on naming of geographical and other toponymic objects, cultural heritage and all objects in the field of public education in accordance with the legislation and make proposals to eliminate the identified shortcomings in this regard;

Participate and monitor the compliance of organizations in the ministry system and all external records in their respective territories, including billboards, announcements, advertising materials with the state language and legislation on advertising;

to support research work on the development of the state language in ministries and organizations within the ministry, to introduce new scientifically based words and terms in the field of public education, to make proposals for the creation of Uzbek alternatives to modern terms.
