Siradjev Ilhom Tokhirovich was born on December 7, 1986. He graduated from Tashkent State Technical University with a bachelor's degree in 2008 and a master's in 2010.

The main tasks of the department are:

Preparation of a budget application for financing from the republican budget for the needs of the Ministry and its subordinate organizations and institutions;

Ensure the development, approval and registration of cost estimates and the staff list of the central office of the Ministry, cost estimates of centralized funds and funds allocated for centralized expressions, as well as making changes to them;

Organize the registration of cost estimates and consolidated estimates, staffing tables and consolidated staffing tables of organizations and institutions financed from the republican budget under the Ministry, as well as changes in them;

distribution of fuel limits for the public education system to institutions and organizations of the system in accordance with established norms;

the service regulates the allocation of a limited number of cars for public educational institutions;

develops draft regulations on financial and economic issues, draft decisions, orders and other similar documents of the Ministry;

control the preparation of budget applications for funding from the relevant financial authorities for the needs of the territorial departments of public education and their subordinate organizations and educational institutions;

organizes and constantly coordinates the staff of assistants and service personnel of public education institutions;

Consideration of financial and economic indicators of organizations and institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry, taking appropriate measures for their further improvement;

Controls the distribution of funds allocated from the republican budget, based on the needs of institutions and organizations directly subordinate to the Ministry;

Development of proposals for improving the system of material incentives for employees of the public education system;

organizes work to improve the financial, economic and material situation of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its territorial divisions and state educational institutions;

develops regulatory documents that facilitate the attraction of extrabudgetary funds by state educational institutions;

Coordinates the activities of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Main Department of Public Education of the city of Tashkent, departments of finance, accounting and logistics of regional departments of public education, centralized financial and accounting services of the district (city) departments of public education;

considers applications to the department, accepts individuals and legal entities;

participates in the production and meetings of the collegium under the minister.

The Department performs the following functions in accordance with the tasks assigned to it:

submits budget requests to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to receive funds from the budget;

Provides indicators and materials for the preparation of budget assignments to institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry;

informs the organizations of the Ministry for the preparation of estimates and staffing tables on the amount of funds allocated from the budget for the corresponding financial year;

informs the organizations of the Ministry about changes in estimates and staffing tables;

develops relevant regulatory legal acts, as well as draft resolutions of the Government on the issues of improving the financial and economic activities of organizations and institutions of the system;

in accordance with the established procedure, considers, draws up and makes proposals to the leadership of the Ministry on appeals of citizens, enterprises and organizations, ministries and departments, instructions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other higher authorities;

prepares reports on the work done in the department and submits them to the leadership of the ministry.
