Mukhamedov Sherzod Nurmukhamedovich was born on April 19, 1983. He graduated from National University of Uzbekistan in 2006 and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2019.

2016-2016. - Economist of the 1st category of the Institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel in the system of secondary special vocational education

2016-2017. - Chairman of the Almazar District Council of the youth social movement "Kamolot"

2017-2019. - Chairman of the Almazar District Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan

2020 - present - Head of the Department of Strategic Analysis, Progressive Pedagogical Technologies and Introduction of New Initiatives in the Field of Education of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The main tasks and functions of management are:

Strategic planning of the public education system in the republic;

analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of reforms in the sphere;

and make a proposal to the leadership of the Ministry of Public Education to address the identified problems;

Development of concepts, strategies, programs and plans for the development of public education, as well as other relevant regulations;

Analyze the state of achievement of the target indicators of the Concept for the Development of the Public Education System until 2030 and develop a "Roadmap" for the implementation of the Concept for the coming year and submit it to higher authorities for approval in the prescribed manner;

The central office of the Ministry of Public Education and its territorial administrations and departments, as well as in organizations subordinate to it:

conduct research and prepare proposals for business process reengineering (BPR);

development and implementation of performance indicators (KPI - Key Performance Indicators).

Regularly study international rankings in the field of public education and make proposals to improve the position of Uzbekistan in these rankings;

Comprehensive analysis of the best world experience in reforming public education and preparation of proposals for its implementation;

Develop proposals for the creation of new services to improve and expand the sphere of public education as a result of studying modern international experience;

Monitoring the implementation of innovative activities in the field of public education;

Introduction of advanced pedagogical technologies and new initiatives in the field of education;

Summarize the work done in the public education system and statistics in ratings and indices compiled by international organizations;

Analyze the introduction of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process in secondary schools and make proposals for their improvement;

Establish a unified system for selecting initiatives for the development of public education and their implementation in practice;

Ensuring the interaction of the Department with the relevant bodies of state and economic management and structural subdivisions of the Ministry, territorial departments and subdivisions and organizations of the system;

Preparation of materials on issues within the competence of the department and participation in international and regional meetings, conferences and seminars on the development of public education.
