School No. 14 is located in the Arvik microdistrict of the village of Zhuren of the Khiva district and was built in 1984 according to a modern project for 624 places.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 193 dated March 1, 2015, the school was disconnected from the gas pipeline and switched to coal heating.
Today, the school is heated with 20 Dutch ovens. For this purpose, the state allocated 42.5 tons of coal briquettes and 14.9 tons of charcoal to the school.
We inform you that today there is no possibility and need for laying and connecting a gas pipeline to the school, money is not collected from students in this matter.
The working group of the regional Department of Public Education found that when studying the level of heat in the school, it is at the required level, there were no objections from the students and the teaching staff of the school.
