Five years ago the rental system of supply of schoolchildren with textbooks meeting the time requirements was launched. This year for renovating its book fund more than 17, 3 million copies of textbooks of 307 titles have been published.

Currently, education network ZiyoNET and Internet are available in 9,403 out of 9,779. Quite recently, the rest ones get access to them as well. Corporate network of the Ministry of Public Education is getting created now. Along with it the works on enriching networks with domestic resources are in progress.

These days the Ministry of Public Education is going to complete delivering of the first batch of DVD players, games and toys for nursery schools procured within the project on fitting up kindergartens with furniture necessary in the education process. 

The Republican Barkamol Avlod Center starts actively working on technical direction. In the past week in the Ghafur Ghulom Park of the capital it organized the exhibition of works of attendees of study clubs. And, this week a scientific-practical seminar has been organized for heads of study groups of Tashkent. 

About fifty thousand schoolchildren these days spend their summer holidays in children’s country recreation camps.
