The main tasks and functions of the Board are:
Laws on control cards 1a, 2a and 3a, resolutions of the Senate and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as instructions of the Presidential Administration, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers control over the timely implementation of the statements of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers, heads of departments of the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as decisions of the Board, General Assembly (video conference and other meetings), orders, orders, control plans, measures and other decisions preparation, preparation of analytical reports and submission to management;
Control over the introduction of office work and control over the execution of documents in the central office of the Ministry and at all levels of the public education system in accordance with the "Instruction" on office work and control over the execution of documents in the central office of the Ministry of Public Education;

including monitoring the implementation of long-term documents on the most important and priority issues of socio-economic development at all stages on the basis of a control plan, requiring the responsible executors to ensure its implementation, inspection, analysis and weekly reporting to management ;
Organization of meetings and meetings of the Board and production (staff), keeping its minutes, as well as the preparation of relevant draft decisions, analytical, informational and other materials, as well as the editing of documents;
The Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Main Department of Public Education of Tashkent and regional public education departments, organizations and institutions of the Ministry of the Republic of Karakalpakstan organize field visits and practical assistance demonstration, as well as participation in complex studies in the prescribed manner;
Coordination of the direction of work with the executive discipline "Ijro.gov.uz" in the system of the Ministry on the basis of the requirements of the Regulation "On the operation of a single interagency electronic system of executive discipline" Ijro.gov.uz ";
Coordinate the full use and implementation of the document management system in the central office of the Ministry and at all levels of the public education system in accordance with the requirements of the Instruction on the operation of the electronic document management system "Ijro.xtv.uz";
to inform the leadership of the ministry on taking appropriate disciplinary measures against guilty employees who have chronically violated the terms of execution of controlled documents;
monitor and evaluate the implementation of tasks with careful analysis;
Control over assignments through the system "Ijro.xtv.uz";
Identify users who do not work with the system "Ijro.xtv.uz" and regularly enter information into the management;
Failure to fully and timely implement the decisions and instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Administration of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as incomplete, incorrect and delayed submission of information on the status of implementation through the system "Ijro.xtv.uz" make proposals to bring to justice the responsible leaders and executors;
Submission of recommendations on disciplinary action against employees who provided incomplete, incorrect and delayed information on the status of the implementation of tasks through the system "Ijro.xtv.uz";
Carrying out service inspections in the structural subdivisions that have committed violations of executive discipline within the scope of authority in accordance with the instructions of the leadership of the Ministry.
